A gold swivel pendant with an oval frame set between two side arms with incised lines and surmounted by a broad ribbed suspension loop. The frame encloses a carved amethyst scarab with a modelled beetle body, carved head and flat underside. Size: 35mm x 35mm; Weight: 12g Provenance: From a private London collection; earlier held in an old family collection formed over the period 1960s–2000.
