Gold Over Sterling Ring With Diamonds & A Sapphire Center Stone In A Hinged Box Size (5.75) tapered shank ring with an oval cut blue sapphire center stone (8mm x 5.6mm) surrounded by a halo of diamond rounds (approx. 1.5mm each) accented with two diamonds on each side of the shank (approx. 0.29ct tdw), stamped 18kt but tests as gold plated.
