Truman's Brewery Advertising Match Striker and Ashtray - A Truman's Brewery advertising match striker and ashtray featuring a square form with a central raised rectangular column. The white ground is decorated with black and red transfer-printed lettering and graphics. The central column displays an eagle illustration above the words TRADE MARK on two sides. The rim features the wording EAGLE BRAND ALES & STOUT, TRUMAN'S IN BOTTLE, INDIA PALE ALE XX STOUT, and TRUMAN'S ON DRAUGHT, all set within black scrolled decorative borders. Red pinstripe detailing is applied around the base and the top of the striker. The underside is unglazed and features a central vent hole. Across the widest point: 4 1/2 inches square.
