Phosferine Advertising Statue - A shop counter advertising display figure for Phosferine, depicting the classical figure of Milo of Croton splitting a tree trunk. The muscular male figure is posed in effort atop a rocky outcrop base, finished in a bronze-effect gold paint over a hollow composition plaster body. The base features embossed block lettering to three sides reading PHOSFERINE, with the lower plinth further embossed THE GREATEST OF ALL TONICS. The interior is hollow, showing the natural light-coloured plaster and internal casting texture. Height: 14.5 inches.
