Rabbi Avrohom ben Rav Yechiel Hacohen Port. printed in Venice by Bragadini a non jewish press that printed most of the Jewish books in that area.
The Shaar Blatt is similar to the ones used by Daniel Bomberg in Venice in the early 16th century.
The Sefer is in good condition not in its original binding.
