ANGUS DEI (Blessed By Pope Innocent XII, Year 1700) CASED IN SILVER And GLASS (Sealed Pendant Case , Tests As Silver And Dated 1700.The Case Is Wide So That The Wax Angus Dei Can Lay Between The Glass Without Touching.The Wax Is From The Candles Vlessed In His First Year Of Pontification, Then Every Seven Years, Close To Easter.
(These Are Extremely Rare Sacremental Items, No Longer Practised And So incredibly Rare.)
(Agnus Dei is the Latin name under which the "Lamb of God" is honoured within the Roman Catholic Mass and, by extension, other Christian liturgies descending from the Latin tradition.
