Bidspirit auction | MACKENZIE-CHILD Large 25.5cm Dia STONEWARE

MACKENZIE-CHILD Large 25.5cm Dia STONEWARE PLATE IN THE COURTLY CHECK DESIGN. (Why settle for plain plates when you can have art for the table? The rippling gold-lustred edges of the Courtly Check Dinnerware perfectly complement the hand-painted pattern for a design that is timeless and modern, formal and still fun. A beautiful juxtaposition of ivory and onyx, our deceptively simple signature checks reveal an intricate spectrum of jewel-toned colours. Handmade, fired, glazed, fired again, hand-painted, fired again, and lustred, each piece is stamped by the artisans involved in its creation.)
