A yellow and white metal synthetic ruby and diamond cluster ring, set to centre with a round ruby with an approximate weight of 0.57 carats, surrounded by six rubies with a combined approximate weight of 1.80 carats, further set with six eight cut diamonds with a combined approximate weight of 0.30 carats, size O, 4.8 grams.  (unmarked, tests as gold)
