A Trio of items comprising a Royal Worcester Peter Pan figurine, a salt-glazed stoneware jug, and a 1957 copy of The Sun comic - Royal Worcester porcelain figurine titled Peter Pan, modelled by Ferdinand Gertner. The piece depicts a seated youth playing panpipes with a rabbit at his feet. The underside of the base features a purple printed factory mark including the text Made in England, a handwritten title Peter-Pan, Modelled by F. Gertner, and shape number 3011. Two-tone salt-glazed stoneware harvest jug featuring relief-moulded sprigged decoration. The decorative motifs include traditional tavern scenes and a hunting scene with hounds and a stag. The upper section and handle are finished in a dark brown ferruginous wash. The Sun comic magazine, number 442, dated July 27, 1957. The colour cover illustration depicts Billy the Kid and is titled The Justice of Billy the Kid. The publication was issued every Monday at a price of 3 1/2d.
