A pair of mid-century Italian Empoli glass genie bottle decanters 44cm high - A pair of mid-century modern Empoli Italian art glass genie bottle style decanters. One vessel is rendered in amber-coloured glass and the other in turquoise-blue. Each decanter features a bulbous body decorated with an embossed honeycomb optic pattern, tapering into a slender neck and supported by a flared circular pedestal base. Both pieces are complete with their matching elongated flame-shaped glass stoppers with ground glass joints. The underside of each base is embossed with cursive script reading Made in Italy.
