AN INDIAN POLKI DIAMOND AND ENAMEL RING. - An Indian-style cocktail ring featuring traditional Kundan and Meenakari craftsmanship. The ring is constructed from yellow metal and features a prominent domed head. At the centre is a large, irregularly shaped flat-cut polki diamond, set within a traditional gold foil kundan setting. This central stone is flanked by seven smaller circular rose-cut diamonds in individual gold-rimmed settings. The exterior of the domed head and the wide shoulders are decorated with intricate Meenakari enamelling, consisting of a translucent green ground overlaid with opaque white enamel floral motifs and gold-tone foliate vine details.
