Royal Worcester Blush Ivory Porcelain Twin-Handled Vase Shape 850 1902 - This Royal Worcester fine porcelain vase features the factory's signature blush ivory ground, graduating from cream at the neck to a warm peach tone at the base. The body is an ovoid form tapering into a tall, slender neck with a flared rim and an applied neck ring. Two angular, gilded handles are attached at the neck and shoulder, and the piece sits on a circular gilded pedestal foot. The central decoration consists of a hand-painted floral spray including pink, yellow, and blue flowers with green foliage. The underside bears a printed purple factory mark for Royal Worcester, England, with eleven dots indicating a manufacture date of 1902. The printed shape number 850 is present below the mark. Additional hand-painted marks in orange-red pigment include the characters 73y over a dot and the number 51.
