1988 Bell's Old Scotch Whisky Princess Beatrice Royal Decanter Commemorative Presentation Tube - This is a commemorative presentation tube produced for Bell's Old Scotch Whisky (Arthur Bell & Sons plc) to house a ceramic royal decanter. The item was issued in 1988 to celebrate the birth of Princess Beatrice of York. The cylindrical tube is constructed from heavy cardboard with a glossy royal blue exterior finish and features gold-toned metal rims at the top and bottom. Two red braided cord handles are attached to the sides. The front of the tube is decorated with gold and red graphics. At the top, the words ROYAL DECANTER appear in red. The center features the BELL'S logo and the script Old Scotch Whisky in gold. Below this is a graphic representation of a bell-shaped ceramic decanter topped with a crown and framed by a blue laurel wreath. The year 19 88 is split across the central image.
