A Collection of Assembled Plastic Scale Model Military Aircraft and a Battleship - This lot consists of a collection of assembled and painted injection-molded plastic scale models. The group features various mid-20th-century aircraft and one naval vessel. Included are several four-engine bombers such as a Heinkel He 177 Greif in Luftwaffe splinter camouflage, a B-17 Flying Fortress in olive drab finish, and a twin-tail heavy bomber resembling a Handley Page Halifax. The collection also features an English Electric Canberra jet finished in orange with British Royal Air Force roundels and the letters O E on the wing, a Douglas C-47 Skytrain in silver and white with red engine cowlings, a twin-engine German night fighter or bomber in grey finish, and a red and grey transport aircraft. A single grey plastic battleship model with detailed upper works and turrets is included, likely in a 1/700 or similar scale. Markings across the aircraft include German Balkenkreuz, United States star-and-bar insignia, and R.A.F. roundels. No manufacturer marks were observed on the exterior of the models.
