Moorcroft Arctic Owl Pattern Pottery Vase Designed by Kerry Goodwin - A Moorcroft earthenware vase featuring the Arctic Owl pattern designed by Kerry Goodwin. This ovoid-shaped vase displays a repeating Art Deco-style motif of stylized owls with tubelined outlines. The hand-painted glazes are executed in shades of black, cream, ochre, and gray. The base features several marks including the impressed factory name MOORCROFT and MADE IN STOKE ON TRENT ENGLAND. Hand-painted marks include the date 2017, a green stylized evergreen tree, the letter S, a circled Q, and a brown stylized heart or M monogram. A stamped die year cipher for 2017 is also present. The item is accompanied by its original dark blue presentation box with gold-tone lettering.
