Vintage Hand Blown Yard of Ale Glass on Mahogany Wall Mount - A vintage hand blown clear glass yard of ale drinking vessel presented on a custom mahogany wall mounting board. The glass comprises a large spherical bulb at one end, a long narrow neck, and a wide flared trumpet shaped mouth. The vessel is supported by two shaped mahogany brackets that are fixed to a rectangular mahogany backing board. The board features two brass hanging rings for horizontal wall display. The glass exhibits characteristic hand blowing features including small seeds and a slight green tint to the rim. There are no visible maker marks or etched measurements on the glass or the wood.
