A Trio of Keeling and Company Losol Ware Beaufort Pattern Ceramic Wash Set Components - This group of three earthenware ceramic pieces was produced by Keeling and Company Ltd. of Burslem, England, under the trade name Losol Ware. The pieces feature the Beaufort pattern, which consists of transfer-printed floral swags of pink and purple roses with green foliage on an ivory-toned ground. The set includes a large circular wash basin, a perforated soap dish strainer, and a cylindrical beaker. The rims are decorated with a blue and white scalloped diaper-pattern border and finished with gilded edges. The underside of each piece features a blue transfer-printed mark with the manufacturer name, pattern name, a crown graphic, and the production location. Hand-painted green inventory numbers 8862 and s are also present on the bases.
