Louis XV Style Antiqued White Painted and Caned Armchair with Damask Upholstery - A Louis XV style fauteuil or armchair featuring a carved wood frame with an antiqued white painted finish. The chair is designed with a shield-shaped backrest inlaid with a woven cane panel. The seat and armrest pads are upholstered in a cream-colored floral damask fabric, finished with a decorative line of brass-toned nailhead trim. The frame exhibits classic Rococo-inspired elements, including a central floral carving on the crest rail and carved floral motifs at the knees of the cabriole legs. A small white paper tag with handwritten characters is attached to the armrest. No manufacturer marks are visible on the exterior frame.
