Large Ornate Gilded Rococo Revival Rectangular Wall Mirror - This is a large-format rectangular wall mirror featuring an ornate gilded frame. The frame is constructed of wood with decorative gesso moldings in the Rococo Revival style. The design consists of a wide outer border with scrolling foliate and floral motifs and a beaded inner liner next to the glass. The mirror contains a clear, flat rectangular glass plate. Based on the scale of reflected objects, the mirror is a substantial decorative statement piece. It dates to the late 20th century. Width: Approximately 48-60 inches.
