Provenance is this was previously owned by Sir Gilmour Jenkins KCB, KBE (18.7.1894- 9.9.1981)- Sir Thomas Gilmour Jenkins was A British Civil Servant and this was gifted to him by Churchill. Comes in the original envelope addressed to
Sir Gilmour Jenkins.
