Keith Finch
1919-1993

Born in Holyoke, Colorado in 1919, Keith Bruce Finch was most active in the Los Angeles art scene during the 1950ÃÆâ€â„¢Â&c ent;€Ã ¢&a circ;€Å¾ ¢s and 1960ÃÆâ€â„¢Â&c ent;€Ã ¢&a circ;€Å¾ ¢s where his abstracts and watercolors where widely exhibited during this period.

He exhibited in all major American exhibitions during the last few years and was one of the artists representing the United States at the Sao Paulo Biennial in 1955.

His paintings were included in the exhibition ÃÆâ€â„¢Â¢ €Ã&aci rc;€&sup 1;Åâ€Å“American Paintings 1945-57ÃÆâ€â„¢Â ;¢€&Atil de;¢ ;â ;€Å¾Â¢ at the Minneapolis Institute.

He taught for many years at the Otis Art Institute before his death in Los Angeles on March 19, 1993.
