A Diamond Star Brooch / Pendant mounted in white metal (Which reacted similar to silver on acid test) with removable white gold brooch attachment and hook to pendant., comprising of a twelve point star radiating from the centre which is set with a large old-cut diamond, approximate carat weight 1.10, grain set in smaller six pointed raised star with two small diamonds in each point, fitted onto a larger twelve pointed star with old-cut diamonds set to each arm, graduating from larger in centre to very small chips at tips. 66 grain set in all 12 arms of star.
Total carat weight including centre stone, approximately 3.9.
