1890 PO Jubilee Envelope Harry Furniss in Black Signed Rare Subscription and Card. A very fine unused example of the 1890 Post Office Jubilee caricature by Harry Furniss, which celebrated 50 years of the Uniform Penny Postage and the Mulready. In black from the subscription issue of just 100 to raise funds for the general issue in blue, signed by Furniss with matching insert card, both in superb condition. Good condition.
