Rudolf Nebel signed 6x4 black and white post card photo signature on reverse PM 31.10.1970. Rudolf Nebel (21 March 1894 - 18 September 1978) was a spaceflight advocate active in Germany's amateur rocket group, the Verein für Raumschiffahrt (VfR - Spaceflight Society) in the 1930s and in rebuilding German rocketry following World War II.
