TV Film Theo Cowan TLS, Dated August 27th, 1970. Interesting Content. Theo Cowan, hailed as the first celebrity PR man. He was a film publicist with the Rank Organisation. His clients included Dirk Bogarde and Peter Sellers. It was written to a family member after his 'Fiddler on the Roof' show was performed there.
