Unused November 1938 Winter relief Postcards, and the cachet depicting a woman serving stew, were designed by von Axster-Heudtlass of Berlin for the Winterhilfe postal stationery. A different card was issued each month beginning 18 October 1938. All cards were valid through 30 September 1939. Good condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
