WW2 37 RAF Bomber command veterans multiple signed hardback book Raw Courage by Zbigniew Czajkowski, by Norman Franks and Simon Muggleton, hardback book with dust cover published in 2011, both in very good condition. The extraordinary and tragic story of four RAF brothers in arms. The story, through their letters home, of the four Raw brothers, all of whom served in the RAF. The eldest, John, was killed in a flying accident, just as he was starting as a flying instructor in 1941. Peter, a Typhoon fighter pilot DFC in Squadrons 603 and 183 was killed in action in 1944. Tony DFC AFC flew Hampdens and Lancasters was also killed in action in 1944. Michael, too young to fly in WW2 flew night fighters in the post war tears and ended up on Spitfires in the BBMF.
