Personally Signed by W Cunningham 19 Sqn Fighter Pilot Battle of Britain Shot Down August 1941 escorting Blenheims on a low level attack on shipping in Rotterdam Harbour, Cunningham was shot down by ground fire and taken prisoner, He was in several different Pow camps until freed by the Russians near Berlin and then properly released by the Americans.
