Star War Horror legend Peter Cushing signed RARE Coutts Bank Cheque and photo. A Original vintage Coutts and Co Bank Cheque measuring 4” x 7.5” written in black ink ( his personal secretary) in a different hand, and signed in blue ink by the late English actor Peter Cushing, dated 1.3.1993 payable to: Southern Water Services for £21:77, the usual Banking stamps on the front and back of the cheque. Peter Wilton Cushing (26 May 1913 - 11 August 1994) was an English actor. His acting career spanned over six decades and included appearances in more than 100 films, as well as many television, stage and radio roles. He achieved recognition for his leading performances in the Hammer Productions horror films from the 1950s to 1970s and as Grand Moff Tarkin in Star Wars (1977). His films include 22 Horror films for the Hammer Studios including the role of Baron Frankenstein in 6 of the 7 films and Doctor Van Helsing in 5 Dracula films, other films include - The Mummy, The Abominable Snowman, also a scan of the back of the cheque shown .
