Aviation pioneer Jean Batten signed rare 1969 GB Australia 1st flight cover. Jean Batten was a New Zealand aviator who gained international fame in the 1930s for her record-breaking solo flights. She was known as ”the Queen of the Skies” and ”Daughter of the Skies” for her pioneering feats.
