WW2 Korea Major-General William Tait Campbell signed Royal Scotts cover Better known as Maj Gen Bill Campbell, was a highly distinguished officer in the Royal Scots (The Royal Regiment). WW2 Served with distinction and was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1944. He served as a company commander during the Korean War, commanded the 1st Battalion of the Royal Scots at the Suez Crisis in 1956, and later served as the Colonel of the Regiment from 1964 to 1975.
