The octavo-sized hardcover volume is constructed with blue cloth-covered boards. It contains a frontispiece photographic portrait of the subject and was printed in Great Britain by The Camelot Press Ltd. The title page includes the printed imprint for Victor Gollancz Ltd and the year 1934. A dedication page is inscribed For Gerald, and his Family. No other marks or signatures are present.
