A Collection of Himalayan Snuff Bottles and a Nepalese Sterling Silver Brooch - An assortment of four Himalayan copper and silver snuff bottles and one sterling silver Nepalese brooch. The snuff bottles are fashioned from copper and white metal in a circular flask form. Each bottle is constructed with repousse copper faceplates; one side depicts a snow lion, while the reverse features a circular arrangement of Tibetan script. The metal frames are finished with twisted wirework and granules, and the tops are set with small cabochons in turquoise and coral colors. One bottle retains its chain and stopper assembly. The brooch is crafted from silver and features an ornate openwork foliate scroll frame. It is set with a central bubble glass insert depicting a maritime scene with a ship. The reverse of the brooch is impressed with a small mark reading 925, indicating it is made of sterling silver. The pin assembly is present on the reverse.
