Bidspirit auction | A Trio of Carved Hardwood

A Trio of Carved Hardwood Elephant Figurines - A graduated set of three hand-carved elephant figurines crafted from a dense, dark-stained hardwood. Each figure is depicted in a standing posture with the trunk lowered. The elephants feature stylized anatomical details, including horizontal carved lines across the body and limbs to represent skin texture and wrinkles. The ears are carved in a classic flared shape, and the feet are finished with simple notched detailing at the base. The elephants are fitted with tusks composed of a light-colored material. A red and silver foil-wrapped candy is positioned alongside the group to provide a sense of scale. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the exterior surfaces of these items. Height: Approximately 4 to 5 inches.
