A Trio of Mid-20th Century French Jet-Gaz and Metal Camping Lanterns - A collection of three vintage portable gas-fueled camping lanterns and related accessories. Two matching Jet-Gaz lanterns feature teal-painted fuel canisters supporting frosted glass globes and metal top caps. Each is equipped with a tall wire bail handle fitted with a molded green plastic grip. An orange plastic control knob is positioned at the base of the burner assembly, which is supported by a triangular green plastic housing. The canisters are constructed of stamped sheet metal. The largest unit is a single-mantle lantern with a red-painted fuel fount and a clear glass globe protected by a wire frame. It features a black-vented top cap and a tall, shaped wire bail handle. The control mechanism includes a black plastic knob and a white circular indicator plate.
