19th Century Pine Sideboard Server with Gallery Top - A 19th-century country house sideboard server crafted from solid pine. The piece features a thick plank top enclosed by a three-sided gallery splash-back with scrolling side supports. The upper section is fitted with two drawers, consisting of one wide drawer and one narrow drawer, each constructed with hand-cut dovetail joints. The base contains a three-door cupboard configuration, with each door featuring a sunken central panel and secured by an iron swivel latch. The unit stands on four turned bun feet. It is fitted with turned wooden mushroom knobs throughout. The interior of the left drawer shows traces of light blue pigment staining.
