SHIPS FROM Eugene, Oregon USA First hydrangea bloom of spring. ARTIST BIO Lael Salaets has been drawing since earliest childhood.He studied fine art and design at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College where he received a scholarship and an AAS in graphic design.He resides in Eugene, a member of Maude Kerns Art Center, and the Oregon Society of Artists based in Portland.
