UK 2003 Brilliant Uncirculated Coin Collection, Base Metal, BU - A collection of United Kingdom coins produced by the Royal Mint for the year 2003. The set is presented in a red decorative card folder and contains several denominations in brilliant uncirculated condition. Included are two different two pound coins, one featuring a commemorative DNA double helix reverse and the other a technology reverse. Two fifty pence coins are present, including a commemorative issue for the centenary of the Women’s Social and Political Union and a standard Britannia reverse. The set further contains a one pound coin with the Royal Coat of Arms, a twenty pence with a crowned Tudor rose, a ten pence with a crowned lion, a five pence with a crowned thistle, a two pence with the Prince of Wales feathers, and a one penny with a crowned portcullis. All coins bear the fourth definitive coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse.
