Early 20th Century Mahogany Barley Twist Pedestal Plant Stand - A mahogany pedestal plant stand featuring a circular solid wood top with a moulded edge. The stand is supported by four slender spiral-turned barley twist legs, joined at the top by square block capitals with carved foliate motifs. The legs meet at a small circular lower tier stretcher before terminating in four splayed cabriole-style feet. The item is constructed from a dark-stained hardwood. Height: 97 cm Diameter: 28 cm.
