Johnson Ltd at the Britannia Pottery in Burslem, Staffordshire. The set is decorated in a traditional Imari palette featuring underglaze cobalt blue panels, overglaze iron-red floral motifs, and geometric diamond shapes. The pieces are finished with hand-applied gilding highlights on the gadrooned lower bodies, rims, handle, and spout. The teapot features a faceted spout and handle, with a matching hexagonal lid topped by a fluted finial decorated with trailing orange leaves and blue flowers. The base of the teapot bears a printed circular factory mark in blue featuring a seated Britannia figure, inscribed S. JOHNSONS LTD BURSLEM + PTY and MADE IN ENGLAND.
