A Group of British Army Royal Army Ordnance Corps Uniform Accessories and Leather Leggings - A collection of mid-to-late 20th-century British Army uniform accessories and accoutrements associated with the Royal Army Ordnance Corps. The group includes a dark blue wool field service cap featuring a red top insert and two brass buttons embossed with the corps crest. A navy blue canvas stable belt is present, decorated with three horizontal red stripes and a two-part circular silver-toned metal buckle; the outer ring is embossed ROYAL ARMY ORDNANCE CORPS and the inner disc features a brass-toned metal corps crest. The collection further includes a white cotton ceremonial webbing belt with a rectangular chrome-plated buckle plate featuring a mounted gilt-metal corps badge. Completing the group is a pair of stiff brown leather leggings, each with a single leather strap and metal buckle at the base. Faint, illegible black ink stamps are present on the interior of the leather.
