UK 1978 Royal Mint Proof Coin Set - A 1978 Royal Mint proof coin set comprising six decimal denominations and a rectangular bronze-coloured Royal Mint medallion featuring the Royal Shield. The cupro-nickel denominations include a heptagonal 50 pence, a 10 pence, and a 5 pence. The bronze denominations consist of a 2 pence, a 1 penny, and a 1/2 penny. The coins feature the second portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Arnold Machin on the obverses and standard decimal designs on the reverses, including the seated Britannia, crowned lion, crowned thistle, Prince of Wales' feathers, crowned portcullis, and crown.
