The obverse features the Coat of Arms of the Republic of Armenia in the centre, surrounded by the issuer name in Armenian script and English text Republic of Armenia. Below the crest is the denomination 100 Dram and the date 2013. The obverse also displays the LEV mint mark for Leipziger Edelmetallverarbeitung in a diamond shape and the metal weight and fineness 1/4 oz Ag 999. The reverse depicts Noah's Ark on floodwaters before Mount Ararat with a rising sun and a dove carrying an olive branch in the foreground.
