The Royal Mint 2012 Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Commemorative Medal in Original Presentation Box - A commemorative medal issued by The Royal Mint to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 2012. The silver-toned medal is presented in its original red glossy card box. The exterior lid is decorated with a stylised, hand-drawn illustration featuring a crown containing the number 60 above a Union Jack flag, flanked by blue banners with diamond motifs and yellow banners reading Queen's Diamond Jubilee. The interior lid is lined with white satin-effect fabric and printed with The Royal Mint name and heraldic crest. The medal is seated in a circular recession within a black velvet-effect base. The reverse of the medal depicts a coat of arms surrounded by the inscription DIAMOND JUBILEE and the years 1952-2012.
