A Pair of Candlesticks with Tiered Bases and Starburst Motifs - This lot comprises two matching candlesticks, each featuring a square, three-tiered base. The lowermost tier is ornamented with a moulded starburst pattern on each face. The central support is of square section, decorated with repeating pressed motifs of stylised four-pointed stars. The top candle cup is square with a wide, flat rim and a circular central aperture. The items are formed from a transparent amber-toned material with occasional trapped air bubbles visible throughout the body. No maker's marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the items.
