A Late 20th Century Extending Dining Table and Six Chairs - A Late 20th Century extending dining suite, comprising a veneered wood dining table and six matching chairs. The table features a D-end top with a decorative moulded edge and a mahogany-coloured finish, supported by a central turned pedestal terminating in four splayed cabriole legs with incised detailing and scroll feet. The underside reveals a sliding mechanism to accommodate a single leaf extension. Each chair is designed with a curved balloon-style backrest containing three shaped vertical splats. The drop-in seats are upholstered in a cream textile decorated with a large-scale botanical pattern in grey and black. No maker's marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the table or chairs.
