A Pair of Pink Amethyst Heart Slabs, Polished on a Metal Stand - This lot comprises a pair of heart-shaped slabs, featuring polished surfaces and composed of pink amethyst. The specimens exhibit a dusty rose to salmon pink colour with a granular crystalline texture. Each slab features natural surface-reaching vugs containing micro-crystalline druze, accompanied by patches of white to grey matrix and yellowish-orange iron oxide staining. The front and reverse faces of both hearts are polished with smooth, rounded edges. The slabs are presented on a black painted metal stand, secured by two sets of caliper-style prongs on a vertical post with a square base. No maker's marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
