A Mid-20th Century English Suitcase, rust orange with micro-check lining - A mid-20th century suitcase of rectangular form, featuring a textured rust orange exterior and a reinforced composite construction. The case is fitted with two metal flip-lock latches, metal corner protectors, and a central stitched handle secured by metal mounts. The interior is lined with a white and blue micro-check patterned paper and includes a single central retaining strap. An adhesive label is present on the interior lid; it features a black and gold rectangular border with the printed text MADE IN ENGLAND and the characters P R E S S E T above a central logo. The remainder of the label is lost to surface damage and is not legible. No other maker's marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
