A Pair of Domed Patchwork Upholstered Footstools with Turned Wooden Feet - This lot comprises a pair of matching square footstools, each featuring a domed seat upholstered in a decorative patchwork of various fabric panels. The upholstery includes cream, pink, and burgundy velvet and brocade sections with diverse patterns including vertical stripes, floral motifs, and stylised foliate damask textures. The lower edge of the upholstery is finished with a continuous row of large, circular metal decorative studs with an oxidised finish. Each stool is supported by four dark-stained turned wooden bun feet, which exhibit visible wood grain and a polished finish. The underside of the stools is covered in a black lining fabric. No maker's marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the items. Height: 210mm Width: 300mm.
