A William Gallimore and Sons Norwegian Silver Fiddle Pattern Spoon - An English fiddle pattern tablespoon, featuring a wide handle terminal that tapers to a shouldered stem and a prominent heel where the handle joins the back of the oval bowl. The handle is stamped with the text NORWEGIAN SILVER in uppercase block letters. The reverse of the terminal bears three impressed marks: a rectangular cartouche containing the letters W G S followed by a symbol, a shield-shaped mark containing the letter S, and a third illegible circular punch. No fineness marks or hallmarks are present. Weight: 64g.
